lucky star… dub?
It was like an epic pirate quest, sailing through the seas finding the most valuable treasure of all time…. THE LUCKY STAR DVD BOX SET! yeah, i was at FYE and kinda just saw it. Man, every time I write "box set" I keep typing "box sex". I even did it when i typed up LUCKY STAR DVD BOX SEX. i know that "T" and "X" are on the opposite side of the key board, but i can’t help but typing sex instead of sex. I mean set @_@;;; I wonder if people actaully have box sex… do they like… get cramped or something? shit. this is off topic. ANYWAYS.
I was about to buy the lucky star box SET, but y’know. someone like me doesn’t usually carry around 50$ to spend. When I came home, I was randomly curious as to how the dub sounded so I found the trailer on youtube. Feel free to watch it here.
…so did your ears bleed when you heard Kagami’s voice? Argh… I was so looking forward to this fandub too D: I mean… I’m a big fan of fandubs, heck, I want to be a voice actor for english dubs when i grow up… but this X_X;;; The Gurren Lagann English Dub Trailer was WAY better than Lucky Stars D: And to think i was considering to buy the box sex ;_;
At least they didn’t totally butcher Konata’s voice..
BUT! I stumbled upon the Lucky Channel Dub and my spirits were like… revived @___@!!! AKIRA’S VOICE ACTOR GIVES ME EARGASMS!!!! omg! She’s one of the voice actors that i look up to <3 i’d love a voice like her <3
Anyways, yeah. this was a random post. just felt like posting the english fandub for lucky star xD I’m also just testing this blog thing out lol

Oh, yeah I saw the box-set. It was so damn cool. I was like “I so want that” Then again, I already watched the whole thing so I guess I didn’t quite need it. The moe-ness of the box-set just drew me in. LOL

They’re making Gurren Lagann seem dumber than it ought to be. Although, it can probably replace Code Geass as the mecha show for non-mecha fans.
Oh yeah - Lucky Star. Poor Kagami; she was my favourite of the four too. Also, much irony at 1:10 in the trailer.
